DANTES Testing
DANTES exams are 120-minute timed exams administered on the computer in Union's Testing Center. However, please allow an additional 20-30 minutes to complete the on-line demographic information, pay for the exam, and complete the on-line tutorial, all prior to the start of the exam. Scores will be revealed immediately upon completion of the exam.
Any exam listed in the DANTES Testing Options may be taken on any of the scheduled exam dates, however test-takers must choose only one DANTES exam to take per testing date.

Registration Deadline
The deadline to register for a DANTES exam is midnight two days prior to the testing date. A DANTES exam cannot be registered for either the day before an exam or the day of the exam.
DANTES Testing Fee
DANTES Testing fee is $100. This fee must be paid by credit card at the time of testing. The fee will be paid on the computer directly to Prometric during the time the student is completing the demographic information prior to the start of the exam.
Union Testing Fee
- Union Students: $30.00 Test Administration Fee
- Non-Union Students: $35.00 Test Administration Fee
DANTES Cancellation Requests
Cancellation requests are to be sent by email to the Director of Testing for the desired campus (see notes in each section below). Exam cancellations must be received by 4:30 p.m. two working days prior to a scheduled exam in order to avoid paying the Union Testing Fee.
